1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Telecom Toolkit mobile application ("the App"), published by Samskill Global Telecom ("we", "our", or "us"), accessible at samskillglobaltelecom.guru.
The Telecom Toolkit is a free, offline utility application designed to help individuals, businesses, and telecom professionals with everyday connectivity tasks such as estimating data usage, converting units, calculating download times, and troubleshooting connections.
The short version: The Telecom Toolkit does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data about you at any point or in any way. There is nothing to disclose beyond that fact. The rest of this policy explains how and why.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect
We collect nothing. The Telecom Toolkit does not collect any information about you, your device, your location, your usage habits, or any inputs you enter into the App.
Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information
- Your device's IMEI, advertising ID, or hardware identifiers
- Your IP address or network information
- Your geographic location or GPS coordinates
- The values, inputs, or results from any tools you use within the App
- Crash reports, analytics events, or usage statistics
- App session durations, screens visited, or buttons tapped
- Cookies, tracking pixels, or browser fingerprints
There is no user account, no database of user records, and no server that receives information from your copy of the App.
3. How the App works
The Telecom Toolkit is a fully offline application. Once installed on your device, it requires no internet connection to function. Here is a plain-language description of how it operates:
- All computation is local. Every calculation, lookup, or decision-tree in the App runs entirely on your device's processor. No data is sent to any server to produce a result.
- All content is pre-loaded. The glossary, troubleshooting guides, reference tables, and tool logic are bundled inside the App at install time. There is no content fetched from the internet.
- No outbound connections. The App makes no network requests at any time — not to Samskill's servers, not to any analytics platform, not to any third-party service.
- No background activity. The App does not run in the background, does not schedule jobs, and does not phone home when your device is idle.
Exception — initial install: Like any app, downloading the Telecom Toolkit from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store involves that store's own network and privacy practices. Samskill has no visibility into or control over those interactions. Please consult Google's or Apple's privacy policies for details on what they may record during a download.
4. Device permissions
The Telecom Toolkit requests zero device permissions. The table below lists common permissions that apps often request and confirms that the Telecom Toolkit does not use any of them.

You will not be prompted to grant any permissions when you open the App for the first time, or at any other time.
5. Third-party services
The Telecom Toolkit does not integrate with any third-party service, SDK, library, or API that collects user data. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Advertising networks or ad mediation platforms
- Crash reporting tools (e.g. Crashlytics, Sentry)
- Social media login or sharing SDKs
- Remote configuration or A/B testing services
- Cloud storage or sync services
- Payment processors (the App is free, with no in-app purchases)
The only third-party involvement is the distribution platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) used to download the App. Samskill does not control, receive data from, or have a commercial relationship with those platforms relating to user data. Their own privacy policies govern those interactions.
We will never sell, rent, license, or share any user data with any third party because there is no user data to share.
6. Local storage on your device
Some features of the Telecom Toolkit may save data locally on your device to improve your experience. For example, saving inputs you last entered into a calculator so you don't have to re-enter them. This is called "local storage" or "on-device storage."
- All locally stored data remains on your device. It is never transmitted to Samskill or any other party.
- You are in full control. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's data or cache in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
- What may be stored locally: calculator inputs, selected tool preferences, and theme settings (e.g. dark/light mode). Nothing that identifies you personally.
- What is never stored locally: your name, contact information, or any information that could be linked to you as an individual.
Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
7. Children's privacy
The Telecom Toolkit is a general-purpose utility application suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, there is no special risk to children using it.
We do not knowingly collect, and structurally cannot collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe your child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us at support@samskillglobaltelecom.guru, though we note that no mechanism exists within the App to receive or store such information.
8. Your rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights under data protection law: such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing.
Because we collect no personal data, all of these rights are already satisfied by default. There is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. Your data never reaches us.
For residents of specific regions:
- Nigeria (NDPR): The Nigeria Data Protection Regulation applies to the processing of personal data. No personal data is processed by this App.
- European Union (GDPR): The General Data Protection Regulation applies to personal data processing of EU residents. No such processing occurs.
- California (CCPA): The California Consumer Privacy Act provides rights over personal information. No personal information is collected or sold.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For example, if we add new features to the App or if legal requirements change. When we do, we will:

- Post the revised policy at this URL
- Note any material changes in the App's release notes when we publish an update
The core principle that the Telecom Toolkit does not collect your personal data is a fundamental design decision, not a policy that changes with our business needs. Any future version of this App that collects data will be clearly disclosed, and this policy will be updated accordingly before or at the same time as any such change.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
